What the engagement looks like and how to begin
Before any work begins, there's a conversation. This page explains what to expect from that conversation and from the engagement itself.
What happens first
The starting point is always a direct conversation about your current operational situation. Not a sales call. A genuine look at what's happening in your business week and whether the work we do is relevant to it.
That conversation is free and carries no obligation. If it becomes clear that a different kind of support would serve you better, we'll say so directly. The goal is an accurate assessment, not a conversion.
What the full engagement involves
Structured observation of how your time and attention move through a working week. Three sessions plus asynchronous input between them. Output is a written friction map.
Analysis of the friction map, prioritization of removal targets by impact and feasibility, and a sequenced plan for the implementation phase.
Active work on removing friction points. Biweekly sessions. Adjustments made as results become visible. The bulk of the operational change happens here.
A follow-up to examine what has held and what needs reinforcing. Ensures the cleaner operational state is stable rather than temporary.
What you bring to this
The work requires your genuine attention during sessions and honest reporting of how things are going between them. It isn't intensive in terms of hours, but it does require you to observe your own operational patterns carefully and report what you see accurately.
Founders who get the most from this engagement are typically those who are already self-aware about where the drag is, but haven't been able to address it systematically on their own.
